Gabrielle has been involved in the childcare industry since 1989 and possesses a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. Up until just nine years ago, she was exclusively involved in corporate childcare. She then took on the position of Executive Director with St. Luke’s Children Center which began with 88 children. Since then, they have expanded licensing to cover a total of 225 children. After experiencing some initial debt, St. Luke’s has since launched two additional centers and frequently donates to the local church ministry.

St. Luke’s Children Center is an NAC accredited organization and extends the opportunity to all staff to take part in CCP (Certified Childcare Professional) Training. This contributes to an environment rich in curriculum and care that is nothing less than top notch, but also contributes to the incredible retention rate of staff. With nearly zero staff turnover per calendar year, St. Luke’s sees to it that all team members are well cared for with complete benefit packages, vacation pay and sick days, along with a 401k program that is matched at a rate of 200%.

With quality of care at the forefront, funding is made available to teachers in order to enhance classrooms and to provide new equipment. As a seasoned childcare professional Gabrielle’s efforts are certainly evident in the quality of the organization from top to bottom.
