She is constantly working hard to make Champions for Children the best center and provide the best quality education for the children they serve. She encourages parents input and strives to set high expectations and goals for her staff. She does a great job of supporting her teachers to ensure they've got what they need to meet each individual child's needs. Lauren does a good job of encouraging and maintaining a positive learning environment throughout the entire center.
