About NomineeNominee's Organization Holy Spirit Parkside Early Learning Center Nominators affiliation to nominee: Spouse Tell us how he/she is making a difference: Stephanie took over as Director of the program in 2008 and has worked diligently to increase the quality and effectiveness of the program. She has also returned to school to better educate herself on the issues and research concerning developmentally appropriate practice, and serving families and children in diverse circumstances. SHe encourages staff to continue their education in the field and involves parents in every way possible.

The fact that Stephanie was willing to pursue an advanced education in the field speaks to her desire to stay ahead of the challenges, thus having a much deeper impact on the lives of the children that she comes into contact with.
