Jerry is an example of effective work as a Head Start within a school system and also strategic thinking statewide to build a state Head Start association.

Many Head Start programs are managed by local public school programs. Integrating federal Head Start standards with local LEA practice takes a lot of work and dedication. Jerry has made that happen in Manchester, CT.
