The Second Annual Bammy Awards
The Academy of Education Arts and Sciences will present the Second Annual Bammy Awards at the iconic Arena Stage in Washington D.C. The growing influence of connected educators will be recognized with special achievement awards for Edcamp and Edchat founders and life-time achievement awards will be presented to AFT President Randi Weingarten and professor Nancy Carlsson Paige at this red-carpet, black-tie event. The Academy will also honor 23 other education specialists from across the field at this national celebration of what's right in American education. Attendance is by invitation only and seating is limited.
