On behalf of the entire Operations Team at the Home Office I nominate Brenda Spangler for this prestigious award. Brenda has been with Crème de la Crème for 12 years and in the early childhood industry for 25 years. Brenda is consistent, dependable and accurate in carrying out responsibilities to a successful conclusion. She has opened several new schools for Crème de la Crème in the past, and has made a very positive impact on one of Crème’s newer facilities in the last year. Her excellent customer service, community involvement, and her innovative marketing techniques continue to grow her school. In addition, Brenda is able to successfully prioritize when faced with requests, demands and deadlines. She takes the initiative in developing new methods, procedures and approaches. Not only does she plan and organize with little or no assistance but she goes the extra mile to help her colleagues and is an inspiration to those just starting out in this field.
