Michelle is an outstanding teacher. Her passion and enthusiasm for teaching inspire both students and teachers alike. From captivating her class through a read aloud to helping a student find material that ignites their love of reading, she connects with her students on a daily basis. In addition to her academic impact, Michelle works with students in after school programs, charitable fundraisers and shows her support by attending the games of her student athletes. She is also very involved in the professional development and growth of the English Language Arts teachers throughout the district. It is both an honor and privilege to work with Michelle Best.

Mrs. Best demonstrates a genuine concern and passion for her students' education. She has a unique understanding of her students, which allows her not only to form strong positive relationships, but also to create projects that are developmentally appropriate. As a co-worker, she is always willing to give advice, provide suggestions, and allow us to borrow materials. Michelle Best is a fantastic educator!
