Estora commonly says that her greatest accomplishment is being able to work with children and families as an educator, role model, and mentor.

Within her 20 years of employment with Hartford Head Start Agency, Inc. she has had the opportunity to develop positive partnerships with children, parents, and colleagues while implementing social and school readiness skills with children that give them a positive approach in transitioning out of Head Start.

Estora emphasizes the development of positive relationships with parents so that they understand that they are their child’s first teacher and the importance of providing them with developmentally appropriate activities. Throughout her extensive career Estora has been able to successfully utilize her communication, leadership and organizational skills to effect change in the lives of the children, families and community partners with which she works.
