As a presenter she sparkles because she is so engaged in the business of building resilient and happy babies. Her recent work developing family engagement modules to support early childhood mental health reflects a deep understanding of the importance of parent/child interactions in early brain development. She is a trusted mentor to the Minnesota Head Start community.

Dr. Terrie Rose has worked with our county early childhood and mental health professionals, training them in the emerging field of early childhood mental health. Her vision, engaging style and profound expertise has influenced many to begin to look through the infant/toddlers' lens in their work. Her success as a teacher/catalyst is validated as she has trained in our county a number of times and the response is: "I'll go see here every time. I learn something new each time she's here." Through this type of education translating to practice,early intervention and mental health services to infants/toddlers and their families who need help will happen sooner rather than later, building to the best outcome possible.
