Cathy has a unique position at Head Start. She is a Family Child Care Mentor, which means she works directly with Family Child Care providers who partner with Head Start to provide Head Start services in their homes. Cathy's job is to ensure all Head Start standards are met and children are receiving the best early childhood education possible. Cathy does this job with great skill, enthusiasm, and committment.
