I've been working with Ben for a year now and it has been a distinct pleasure. In his role as the Child Development Manager for the Elgin Station Center, Ben exemplifies the best and brightest of Head Start early childhood staff. Ben is an innovator, always looking for ways to support his teaching staff. Recently, he agreed to take part in a pilot project that will result in an important resource for Head Start teachers and classrooms. His input and critical analysis of the project was key to it's success.
