This spring, for the second year in a row, Kelsey mobilized the school and Plymouth community to come out and run in the St. Paddy's Day Dash to raise money for a student in need. The first year that Kelsey managed the race, in 2012, in 4 weeks she put together a 5K race that raised nearly $20,000 for a former Plymouth High School student who was suffering from brain cancer. This year, Kelsey organized the event again, raising money for a current student who has spent the year out of school while doing chemotherapy.
