What can you say about someone like Mrs. Cole-Gary, she is educated, hardworking, and understanding. She encourage staff to advance to higher goals
(mainly in education). I remember her saying. "We should give excellent and quality care to our YMCA families and staff." Mrs. Cole-Gary can be serious when it come to the care of our families and programs. But she can let her hair down at the end of the year at our Annual In-Service.
