Jody has been such a help to me since I started with our company. She's always there for her schools and extremely supportive of them. Thanks for all the things you do for us at Creme Jody...to mention them all would make this the longest commentary in the nominations!

Brenda has been invaluable to me in my time with Creme de la Creme as both a director and boss, modeling excellence in our field, and as mentor to me in my quest to become an Executive Director and a peer of hers in our company. She has always been there for me when questions arise, always providing the information I request without hesitation. Being "fresh" in my position, I still ask for her guidence and wisdom in order to wade through tough circumstances, and seek counsel when rough decisions must be made.

Being our first point of contact that parents see every time they walk into our center, they are greeted with a welcoming smile and a hearty hello from Kristin. She is always available for any information you may need about our school...a veritable wealth of knowledge...or for just a smile or a laugh when you need a quick pick-me-up to brighten your day. She is extremely reliable and well organized, even when given the most daunting of tasks. She attacks them with passion and determination and completes them before you can even check to see if it's done. Kristin is one of my most invaluable resources and couldn't I run this center without her!

Michelle is the epitome of a model 2's teacher! You can tell she has what it takes to work with such a young age gruop by the smile she comes in with every day to work. She is thoughtful, patient, and extremely loving with the children in her care. Our parents love and trust her with their prized possesions every day because they will get nothing less than 100% excellence from Michelle. Her attitude is never anything but positive. Parents rave about her to other parents, as well as to management...and it shows in the number of requests by future 2's families to have Michelle be their child's teacher, creating quite a long waitlist for her class!

Caitlin has been one of our most excellent staff members. She has such drive and determination to succeed with her children and their education. She is constantly demonstrating her knowledge and skills and empowering her children to go that extra step in their own education. You can see her influence in the children's attentiveness to her and and how much they dislike to go home and leave her in the evenings!

Sarah has been the epitome of excellence. As the team leader in our infant rooms she has shown her extensive leadership skills and "get-it-done" attitude every day in her lesson plans, scheduling, and motivation of her team. Sarah's work ethic is beyond compare. Our parents, as well as the entire staff and management team have nothing but the utmost confidence in her and her abilities.

Kim has been an absolutely priceless staff member! Working as our after school and summer camp teacher, as well as one of our team leaders, she has shown an attitude and drive that leaves others in the dust. After substituting for our Kindergarten teachers on several occasions, she stepped up to fill the Kindergarten teacher's role left open when a previous teacher had to unexpectedly resign. An A+ staff member!

Viola is one of the most flexible and hard working staff members I have seen in any center I have worked at!
