Each time I see Doug, he is smiling! He always offers a warm hello and friendly conversation. And the kids...LOVE him! He takes the time to speak with them, explain what he is working on and why he is working on it; many times I hear kids respond with, "Why?", and each time he is patient and shares a reason with them. He tends to the maintenance of the buidling as well as to the maintenance of inquisitive minds of the kids.
